Chocolate Covered Protein Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, Gluten-Free)
Move over chocolate covered strawberries. A new snack's in the house. These no-bake chocolate covered protein bars make the perfect protein-packed dessert any night of the week. Guilt-free, decadent, and powered by plants - my 3 faves!
INGREDIENTS:

2 bags (12 pieces) of our Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter Hazelnut Cups

shredded coconut (optional)
- chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Melt the Brownie Batter Hazelnut Butter Cups. PRO TIP: Create a double boiler by filling medium saucepan with water and bringing to boil. Add chocolate chips to a glass bowl and place glass bowl on top of medium saucepan. Bring to simmer. Stir the chocolate chips every few minutes to ensure the chocolate doesn't seize up.
- Cut Dark Chocolate Brownie Bars in half.

Dip bars into melted dark chocolate and lay on parchment paper.
- Top with shredded coconut, nuts, or anything you'd like!
- Place in fridge for 1 hour to set, and enjoy!
