Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 5 oz Plantain Chips (or your favorite crunchy chip)

  • 5 oz Grain-Free Filled Pretzel Nuggets (peanut butter–flavored, Erica uses Fit Joy)

  • 5 oz Low-sugar / protein cereal (e.g. “honey graham” style)

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (or favorite seeds)

  • 1.5 cups Nuts (peanuts, pecans, walnuts, or mix)

Wet / Binding Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter (or coconut oil)

  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)

  • 2–3 Tbsp Hot Sauce (optional, for a spicy twist)

  • ½ cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener 

  • 2 tsp Maple Extract

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (or smoked salt)

Add-Ins: Chocolate chip protein cookie dough balls (shaped into “little footballs” if you dare). No worries if you don’t have time for this - you can add in chopped up Peanut Butter Crunch PROTEIN+ bars instead!

 

Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough Balls Recipe

  1. in a food processor, add dry ingredients; blitz into a powder.

  2. transfer to a bowl, then add softened nut butter (microwave for 10-15 seconds), vanilla extract & little water; combine to form a dough.

  3. fold in the add-ins.

  4. put dough in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then form into little balls (in this case football shaped). Store balls in the freezer to enjoy at any time.

  • 2 - 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Water, as needed

Add-Ins:

  • 4 - 6 Tbsp Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips, chopped or use mini
