Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

5 oz Plantain Chips (or your favorite crunchy chip)

5 oz Grain-Free Filled Pretzel Nuggets (peanut butter–flavored, Erica uses Fit Joy)

5 oz Low-sugar / protein cereal (e.g. “honey graham” style)

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (or favorite seeds)

1.5 cups Nuts (peanuts, pecans, walnuts, or mix)
Wet / Binding Ingredients

¼ cup Unsalted Butter (or coconut oil)
-
¼ cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)

2–3 Tbsp Hot Sauce (optional, for a spicy twist)

½ cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
-
2 tsp Maple Extract
-
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp Sea Salt (or smoked salt)
Add-Ins: Chocolate chip protein cookie dough balls (shaped into “little footballs” if you dare). No worries if you don’t have time for this - you can add in chopped up Peanut Butter Crunch PROTEIN+ bars instead!
Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough Balls Recipe

in a food processor, add dry ingredients; blitz into a powder.

transfer to a bowl, then add softened nut butter (microwave for 10-15 seconds), vanilla extract & little water; combine to form a dough.

fold in the add-ins.

put dough in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then form into little balls (in this case football shaped). Store balls in the freezer to enjoy at any time.
