The amount of times these bars have prevented a bad mood (hangry) or a blood-sugar crash (cue migraines) is too many to count. I carry at least two bars with me at all times and when I travel, they are in every bag in case something goes missing. They are delicious, filling, and do not leave me feeling anything but light and energized. 10/10

Happy to find a no-sugar healthy bar that tastes delicious!

I was not used to all the fiber so needed to halve the first couple bars, with lots of water (good way to help me drink more!). I especially love the dark chocolate brownie and the peanut butter crunch.

I've been looking high & low for a healthy, clean, non-chemical, fullfilling protein bars. B.T.R. Nation Protein Bars are the perfect fit. The main item I was tired of finding in all the other "Healthy" protein bars was the Natural Flavors. After researching, I found that Natural Flavors can consist of over 150 items, hidden items, that we would not choose to eat if we knew what they consisted of. With B.T.R. Nation Protein Bars, I don't have to worry about that. Just healthy food items, majority organic and whole foods! So happy I found you!! And I love love love Cinnamon. My husband loves the Peanut Butter. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

The same goes with our brand new superfood cups. 0g added sugar and only 2-3g total sugar per cup. Each cup is naturally sweetened with organic dates.

Yes! All B.T.R. NATION Bars are gluten-free verified which means that they are compliant with the FDA's gluten-free labeling. In addition, to our quality assurance testing, we have cross-contamination, auditing, and inspecting protocols in place. Please note, that we do manufacture in a facility thay may also produce other products with gluten.

Such a great question! Texture is so important! Each bar has a bit of a different texture because the ingredients are all so purpose-driven and unique. But for the most part, B.T.R. NATION bars have the perfect amount of chew to them. They're not overly chewy so they don't stick to your teeth like date-based bars. They're soft, smooth, and resemble the texture of cookie dough!
