The amount of times these bars have prevented a bad mood (hangry) or a blood-sugar crash (cue migraines) is too many to count. I carry at least two bars with me at all times and when I travel, they are in every bag in case something goes missing. They are delicious, filling, and do not leave me feeling anything but light and energized. 10/10

Delicious, convenient, good for managing blood sugar

We discovered BTR Nation when a homesteader blogger I follow recommend these super food bars. I decided to check them out & they were delicous. To make it even better, we log our meals to help manage my husband’s diabetes, and these score very well for him! They make great midday snacks when we’re working, or convenient recovery bars after biking or aquafit classes. We like the texture and the range of flavors. There are so many healthy bars that are dry or just don’t taste good — BTR are the perfect balance of chewy, sweet but not too sweet, and never dry. They are on regular reorder at our house!

Very happy I decided to try B.T.R. - flavors I tried were delicious and they haven't upset my stomach the way other bars have tended to in the past. So far, my favorite flavor is the Peanut Butter Crunch Protein + Nut Butter Bar. So good!!

The same goes with our brand new superfood cups. 0g added sugar and only 2-3g total sugar per cup. Each cup is naturally sweetened with organic dates.

Yes! All B.T.R. NATION Bars are gluten-free verified which means that they are compliant with the FDA's gluten-free labeling. In addition, to our quality assurance testing, we have cross-contamination, auditing, and inspecting protocols in place. Please note, that we do manufacture in a facility thay may also produce other products with gluten.

NATION bars have the perfect amount of chew to them. They're not overly chewy so they don't stick to your teeth like date-based bars. They're soft, smooth, and resemble the texture of cookie dough!
